It has been so long !!

OK… so I haven’t quite kept up with this blog thing, but please excuse me as this is all new.

Now, Here is the latest :

Suzy had her puppies on February 26, 2009 via C-Section. She was in labor but we knew that she was unable to have the pups naturally, so we headed off to the vets where they were waiting with open arms for us … Everything went perfect and Suzy bounced back from the surgery with no problems and took to the litter like a perfect mother. She had 3 boys and 2 girls. As I write this, the puppy celebrate their9 week birthday and time has just flown by. This litter has been an easy litter with no complications at all… I am so grateful that we have 5 healthy happy puppies.

Cristina and I have been busy getting her ready for so many exciting things this summer. First the big news is that she is GRADUATING from High School a year early and has applied to the University Of  Northern Colorado, the same school as her brother. But before she can go, we have a trip to California planned with my good friend Pillan from Sweden for 10 days and then Cristina and Pillan will be heading back to Sweden…. without me       ~ They will have a great time and this will be so nice for Cristina to see Sweden with Pillan as her tour guide… I just hope she comes home.

At the same time Cristina is in Sweden, Mike and Dominic will be heading back to Alaska for some King Salmon fishing… yum !!! They had such a great time last year that Mike said it was time to go back . Dominic will need this time to unwind as he is just finishing up his first year of college. It was an eye opening experience for him but I have seen him grow and mature and that is what it is all about. He did very well and has a full schedule for next year. He is still on track for Dental School as he is majoring in BIOLOGY… YUK !!  As Dominic would say, “you  gotta do, what you gotta do”.

I will try to keep this blog more up to date but sometimes life just doesn’t let me get to the things I want too.
